Returns at AutoStripeDecals Automotive Graphics Stripe Decals!
Again, all sales are finals, but you can return a received item so long as the packaging and product is still intact. Please contact us via the form below for a Return Authorization so we can let the warehouse know to expect your package return. Customers must prepay freight on all authorized returns and will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Authorized Returns must have been purchased within 60 days of return and be in it's original packaging without damage upon arrival at our warehouse. Any unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival.
Our shipping department is first-class in this industry, but if for some reason you receive a decal other than what you ordered, please let us know so we can get this sorted for you right away! We may request pictures of what you received, as well as your attached packing slip/invoice, but once we have confirmed that you received an incorrect part, we will issue you a return label and a replacement right away!
On successfully returned and received items, refunds are processed within 1-2 business days, but please allow 7-10 business days for this refund to be reflected in your bank account.

Completed orders are immediately sent to our warehouse to either ship or be produced. Because of this, we are unable to cancel any completed order. If you made an order by mistake for the wrong product, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your package, and we will provide you information on how to proceed with a return.
